CADA; Coconut, Apple, Dates, Almonds 

CADA is a muesli-like breakfast or snack combo of minced Coconut, Apple,Date, and Almond. This is a FAST and SIMPLE recipe that makes for a DELICIOUSLY SATISFYING and ENERGIZING breakfast food.  The refreshing flavour of fresh fruit wakes up our taste buds, while natural sugars and protein combine to prepare body and mind for a well-balanced day ahead. 

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon shredded or dessicated coconut 
1 apple, quartered and core removed 
3 fresh dates (or dried) 
7 almonds 

Method: 

Place all ingredients in Thermomix.  Close lid and press TURBO button a few times until mixture is to desired texture.
Serve over natural yoghurt and top with berries or other fruit if desired.

If you don’t have a Thermomix you can easily use a good blender.
