Morning Fit Chicks, It`s Jacqui here! Mondays are my biggest day. Starting at 4.30am and ending somewhere around 6.30pm. Keep yourself sustained throughout the day with a nutritious breakfast. Im having some low G.I honey almond oats topped with fruit! Try swap your morning coffee for a green tea today! Trust me you will notice a beneficial difference! (I used to be a major coffee addict- just ask Sana).
I also keep a bag of our homemade Snack Packs in my handbag, just incase I can`t get my hands on a healthy snack while running around. Have a great Monday, xo s&j xo
