Crunchy Veggie Chips

 

 

You can use pretty much any vegetables you want. Here are some options:

– Carrots

– Potatoes

– Beets

– Sweet Potato

 

No matter what vegetable you use the process is the same.

 

1. Slice your desired vegetable into thin chip like portions. ( I use my ā€˜Vā€™ Slicer, I have no idea what the proper name is)

2. Lay on baking paper and spray with an extra virgin olive oil, just a think quick coating.

3. Sprinkle with your desired spices and bake in a moderate oven for 25-30minutes rotating the pan and turning the chips.

 

Here are some flavouring options:

 

Traditional Salted Chips: Sprinkle with sea salt and add some pepper as well before baking.

Parmesan and Black Pepper: Try some sprinkle some low fat parmesan and black pepper instead of salt.

Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes: Sprinkle some cinnamon and salt over the sweet potatoes for a delicious flavour.
