We are all guilty of using the excuse `im too busy` or ` I just dont have tine`.. But to be honest there is no reason for an excuse. The secret to staying healthy on the go is organisation. We both study full time, live out of home and work long hours, so we make sure we set aside dedicated time to prepare forĀ our week or meals for the next day.

Mornings usually get neglected, because lets face it.. Who wouldnt want to sleep in an extra 15min on a cold winters morning! I have early morning starts, waking up at 430am isnt fun but making sure my meals are organised in advanc helps me stay healthy.

Some breakfast treats we like to prepare weekly are our on-the-go-omelette, mini snack packs, lazy smoothie packs and fruit and muesli parfaits.
