What you will need.. (serves 2)
- 2 Pears
- 2 cups organic apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 cloves
What to do…
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Line a baking tray
- Cut bottom of the pears so they sit steady on a tray
- Combine apple juice and cinnamon and slowly pour over the pears
- Add cloves
- Cook for an hour re-basting the pears every 15 minutes
- Reduce left over apple juice with a tablespoon of honey to form a thick sauce to serve with.
Serve with Chia Seed Pudding
