What you will need.. (serves 2)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk/cream
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

What to do…

  • In a bowl combine all ingredients and allow to set for 2 hours or overnight.

* Flavourings can be added to the base pudding ingredients. e.g cocoa powder, raspberry puree or jam/spreads, even try a little lime.
