What you will need.. (serves 2)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk/cream
- 1/4 cup honey or agave
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
What to do…
- In a bowl combine all ingredients and allow to set for 2 hours or overnight.
* Flavourings can be added to the base pudding ingredients. e.g cocoa powder, raspberry puree or jam/spreads, even try a little lime.
